Six of Arsenal’s squad took on the bottle-flip challenge in training recently.
Of course, as everyone knows, bottle-flipping is where you flip a bottle, which has a bit of water inside, into the air, and on to a surface.
The bottle must then land stood up, the correct way (not on it’s side), for the flip to have been successful.
With that said, it isn’t all that easy and some of Arsenal stars took on the challenge to see who could do the most inside of a minute.
Kieran Gibbs, Nacho Monreal, Gabriel, Chuba Akpom, David Ospina and Mohamed Elneny, all took part in the challenge and I think it’s safe to say Kieran Gibbs did the best.
Gibbs destroys team-mates in challenge
The players all had their own individual attempts at getting the most flips done inside a minute.
However, it was Gibbs who came out on top in the end after he completed an incredible 10 bottle-flips in a row.
